Q: Can I return items?
A: Yes, we want our customers to be happy with our service and products. If you feel that a return is necessary, please contact us here: customerservice@personalspacemb.com . To be eligible for a return of a purchased item, said item must be unused and returned in the same condition it was received. Also, the returned item must be sent in its original packaging.
Q: How do I make a return?
A: A receipt and/or proof of purchase is required for all eligible returns. You may send your item to 1012 Manhattan Avenue, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 along with receipt/proof of purchase. Once the item is received, you will receive an email notification. Once the item has been inspected, you will receive another email notifying you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take a few days.
