A: Please send a trusted representative with the item to exchange to our location 1012 Manhattan Ave, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. Our return policy stipulates returns/exchanges will be honored within 10 days of delivery.

Please note, you are responsible for your return/exchange shipping fees and are non-refundable. If your return was approved and you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
